Dru Yoga Dru Yoga is a heart based, accessible, and trauma aware form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation.
Dru yoga classes improve students’ strength, flexibility, and core stability, creating stillness and peace within, heightening feelings of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating the whole body.
A regular Dru Yoga practice may assist in reducing stress and tension, easing back pain, headaches, and other physical discomfort, improving energy levels and vitality, and in developing healthier relationships with yourself and others.

Yin Yoga Yin is low intensity yoga aimed at relaxing the muscles and stretching the connective tissue through long holds.
The classes are themed around the season and moon, focusing on meridian lines and chakras. Classes move through steady and stationary shapes, with a sense of core softness and surrender, working the flow of Qi through the body. Classes include mediation, breathwork, and relaxation.

T’ai Chi / Qi Gong T’ai Chi is an ancient practice of moving meditation drawn from nature that clears the mind and energises the body.
T’ai Chi/ Qi Gong is fun and deep diaphragmatic breathing helps provide oxygen to the skin, hair, eyes and all bodily organs – therefore assisting to slow the aging process! The practice also aids concentration, improves muscle tone, and promotes relaxation and can work in the prevention and treatment of arthritis, diabetes, asthma and depression.

Children's Yoga Children’s yoga is incredibly fun and powerful.
Children can learn a skill that supports their life. The goal for every class is to empower children to believe in themselves, improve their coordination and concentration and learn lifelong skills to help them be comfortable with their feelings and what life brings.
