Classes at Orana

A variety of classes are offered to increase strength, balance, and flexibility, improve breathing patterns, and develop focus and concentration.

Classes include Dru Yoga, Tai Chi, & Chair Yoga, all designed to facilitate healthy movement and overall well-being.

A meditation class is offered to support managing stress and anxiety, promote emotional health, and build tools for self-awareness.
